Job Description
TXM Recruit are currently looking for X2 Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area, working in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management company.
The role offers 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8-4 or 9-5, and lots of overtime available.
Must work weekends on a shift rota (roughly 1 in 4, but variable).
This role requires flexibility during the busy season (May to October) regarding hours and days worked.
Salary: £40,000
(Overtime after 40 hours at time and a half)
Key responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.
* Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
* Test closed-loop heating circuits for correct levels.
* Assist other staff members as required.
* Maintain inventory for plumbing materials.
* Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
* Adhere to all company policies and health and safety procedures.
* Participate in seasonal shift and on-call rota.
* Perform any other duties as assigned.
