The main purpose of this position is to act as a primary point-of-contact for customers, dealing with their queries in a professional and timely manner. As well as assisting management with the day to day running of the office and setting up for meetings.
About you
* 3+ years' customer service experience
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Competent using Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication skills
What you'll do
* Manage the schedules and communications of key managers.
* Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
* Prioritising emails and phone calls
* Gathering documents to prepare for meetings.
* Coordinating travel arrangements
* Discretely handling confidential and sensitive information
* Information gathering and web searching.
* Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
