Current Opportunity: Real Estate Team (Uxbridge)
This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your legal career alongside talented lawyers and high-quality work. Some of the key duties include:
* Supporting fee earners with property sales, purchases, leases, and related transactions.
* Liaising with clients and third parties to progress transactions.
* Preparing Land Registry forms, SDLT returns, and completion statements.
* Assisting with drafting legal documents.
Person Specification
* Ability to manage high work volumes and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proactive with a willingness to take responsibility.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including letter writing.
* High professionalism and commitment to delivering excellent client service in line with Knights’ core values.
* Ability to use audio dictation and type from audio recordings.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, especially formatting documents and preparing spreadsheets.
