The role is part of the Marketing team and reports to the Growth Engineering Manager.

What you will be doing
* Helping Marketing team members with the setup and monitoring of paid ads campaigns
* Monitoring performance and budgets for paid ads across the Marketing team
* Leveraging automation and AI to increase the performance of paid ads
* Advancing System1's adtech stack to an industry-leading level
Requirements for the role
* Experience with all ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta...)
* Knowledge of campaign tracking and analytics tools
* Successful experience driving lead generation campaigns.
* Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
* Strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for building trusting relationships across a diverse, cross-functional range of teams
* Proven capacity to prioritise and identify what matters, from the noise and deliver on deadlines without compromising quality
* A growth mindset - an ability to think big and take risks
* Active engagement with new and emerging trends in martech
* Openness to travel for internal events up to 4 times a year
