Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Fit Out & Refurbishment Location: Near Aldershot (site-based with some travel as required) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team, specialising in fit out and refurbishment projects. This role will suit a proactive and detail-driven professional who can successfully deliver projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee fit out and refurbishment projects across multiple sites. Take full ownership of project delivery including planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams. Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained at all times. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve issues to keep projects on track. Drive project handover, ensuring snag-free delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, specifically fit out and refurbishment. Strong track record of successfully delivering projects up to £2m. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts effectively. Sound knowledge of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and quality standards. Based near Aldershot with flexibility to travel to project sites. Full UK driving licence.
