We are looking for a talented and experienced School Admissions & Administrator Officer to work for a wonderful school office.
This is a full time position available to start immediately from Monday to Friday and working hours will be 8:30 am-16:30pm.

Main Duties:
7. To assist the Admissions Coordinator in planning, organising and delivering successful admissions events, this includes creating tickets
8. To ensure the receipt and processing of complete and valid documentations
9. To provide reports and data analysis as requested by staff and members of the Senior Leadership team
10. Manage all aspects of the admission of pupils to the school
11. Contribute to monitoring of attendance and exclusion rates
12. Assist with the re-engagement of excluded students
13. Maintain the office filing system and arranging posts along with deliveries
14. Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, booking rooms and event planning
Required Skills:
15. Relevant experience in a school environment with 2 recent professional references
16. Eligibility to work in the UK(Essential)
17. An enhanced DBS on the update service
18. Experience about Microsoft Office and Suite
19. Strong verbal and written communication skills
20. Ability to multitask and prioritise things without assistance
21. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
22. Punctual and has a solid track record of attendance
