About the Role Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils across various age ranges. Support students with a range of SEND and SEMH needs, helping them engage with learning both in and outside the classroom. Be part of a nurturing team that values empathy, creativity, and resilience. Initial placements are temporary, with the potential to become permanent following a successful induction.
