We’re looking for aSoftware Trainer to join the team here at SimplyBiz. In this role you’ll be providing training remotely, and very occasionally on site, to our customers who are financial firms. You’ll be providing training and support on two systems; intelliflo office and Engage, which are both focused on the financial advice process and advisory experience. You’ll train our clients to use the software products, make them aware of new functionality as it becomes available and provide ongoing support for them.
One day you might be hosting a live webinar to a group of customers. Another perhaps delivering bespoke training on a one-to-one basis across a virtual setting. Sometimes you may even be tasked with creating a variety of training materials for both internal and external use.
Whatever the day, you’ll use your skills, knowledge and expertise to train a variety of customers, adapting your techniques to inspire our customers of all ability levels.
You don’t need to have worked in financial services or software training before, but you do need to be a quick learner who’s prepared to swiftly develop an in-depth knowledge of how the financial advice market operates in the UK and how the SimplyBiz software and proposition supports advisers to deliver professional, efficient and compliant advice.
In return, we can offer an interesting role, supporting market-leading products, within a flexible and collaborative work environment.
