Location: Canterbury, Kent
Contract Type: Full-time, long term (Temp to perm is possible)
Salary: £80 -£120 a day
Hours: 8:30-15:30 Mon-Fri

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant within the heart of Ashford.
Role and Responsibilities:
Providing 1:1 or small group support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
Assisting the Class Teacher in creating and implementing tailored learning plans.
Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitoring and recording students' progress and contributing to progress reviews.
Participating in training and professional development opportunities.
Build great rapport with the children and staff
Experience and Requirements:
Experience in a similar role
A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with students.
Reflective, quick to learn, and confident in taking initiative
A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the school community.
Confident, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting children in their education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
