Shift Pattern
1 week of early shift: Monday to Friday 0600-1500 and 1 week of late shift: Monday to Friday 1400-2300.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all equipment and services are maintained and operated in a safe condition to comply with Health & Safety.
* Carry out both Planned Maintenance Schedule and Reactive Works as required on electrical services and equipment, including HVAC, motors, pumps, LV/HV electrical systems and periodic NICEIC.
* Record and keep logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
* Maintain a working knowledge of statutory regulations and maintain awareness of all safety procedures.
* Undertake electrical repairs and installations as appropriate and report any defects during the service visit.
* Understand and complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications / Certifications
* City and Guilds 236 or 232, Parts 1 & 2, NVQ Level 3 qualification.
* IEE 18th Edition Regulations.
* Test and Inspection 2391.
* Experience with LV and HV electrical maintenance work in the commercial services sector.
Requirements
* Ability to undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements within the scope of the contract.
* Good knowledge of building statutory compliance.
* Able to carry tools and equipment by hand up to 20kg.
* Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment and work at height.
* Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
* Must be available to join a call‑out rota (1 in 4).
* Must hold a full UK driving licence.
* HV Authorized Person training will be given to the right candidate.
* Thermal Imaging training may be given depending on business needs.
* Act as Q S for the site after suitable site knowledge has been gained.
