Join us at Hope House Children’s Hospices by playing a vital role in delivering ‘Our Mission’ helping every child with a life‑threatening condition live their best life.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Fundraising and Communications Officer to join our team on a full‑time, permanent basis, with hybrid working.
In return, we offer a salary of £31,187 - £35,301 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of our digital presence across digital platforms, including social media, influencer campaigns, and paid digital marketing, to increase engagement and drive income.
* Directly support fundraising by increasing online donations, promoting gifts in wills, driving lottery participation and event sign‑ups, and supporting our retail activities.
* Create compelling, audience‑focused content that raises awareness of our services and inspires support for our mission.
* Demonstrate empathy and sensitivity when communicating about the children, families, volunteers, and supporters we work with.
* Travel occasionally across the region to visit hospices, shops, events, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
* Confidence using data and insights to improve performance across platforms.
* Ability to create engaging, high‑quality content tailored to different audiences.
* Capability to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation.
* Adaptable, proactive, and open to feedback.
* Strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects.
