The salary range, adjusted for term time working will be £21,288 to £21,934 per annum (based on full-year equivalent salary of £24,890 to £25,645). 37 hours per week Working hours will be from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday; 8.30am to 4.00pm Friday (including unpaid 30-minute lunch break each day), during term time and including TED Days (39 weeks/195 days per year, 0.8553 of full-year equivalent). This is intended to be a permanent position, working during term time, and may include some additional days during school holiday periods. The role will mainly focus on supporting Senior Staff with administration tasks, drafting letters, typing of meeting minutes, filing, ensuring policies are updated to ensure compliance and supporting the organisation of school events. The successful candidate will also support the main school and student reception, providing a welcoming and efficient reception service, ensuring that visitors, telephone callers and internal enquiries are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. As the role involves working with a range of people, including staff, students, parents/carers and visitors, the post holder must have a calm and professional manner. Discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality are essential attributes, as are following strict safeguarding procedures and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
