Trident Healthcare is seeking Care Assistants to support the overall care team and ensure continuity of services to residents. You will create a welcoming, supportive, and stimulating environment, building relationships with residents and their families.

Reporting to: Manager, Nurse, or senior staff on duty
Key Tasks:
1. Supporting daily living tasks such as personal care, hygiene, housekeeping, and mealtimes, including manual handling duties as required.
2. Accessing and updating confidential records using a computer.
3. Maintaining a schedule for medication administration.
4. Ensuring the environment is safe and clean.
5. Maintaining an environment suitable to the needs of residents.
6. Assisting residents with administrative tasks, such as paying bills and shopping for food.
7. Working hours vary depending on ward needs, typically including long days or night shifts.
8. All applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK already in place.
