Job Description
You will be responsible for performing soldering, crimping, and general wiring tasks, as well as detecting and resolving workmanship issues. Additionally, you will actively contribute to Lean and 5S improvements, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop insights and implement 5S improvements to enhance efficiency and productivityConduct soldering, crimping, and general wiring tasks with precision and accuracyDetect and resolve workmanship issues in downhole electronics equipment and processesRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar functional areaProficient in soldering, crimping, and general wiring techniquesSolid understanding of metrics and the ability to utilize them for process improvementsAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
