Location: Burnley
Contract: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate / January 2026
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
About the Role:
* Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who have additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social/emotional challenges.
* Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and adapt resources to meet pupils’ needs.
* Encourage independence, confidence, and progress for every child.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting children with SEN (school-based or similar setting).
* Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
