Role Responsibilities:
* Support administrative needs of Sales, Laboratory, and Production teams
* Process and control sales orders
* Maintain company databases and systems
* Liaise with customers & sales managers regarding prices, orders, and queries
* Respond to emails and maintain stock levels
* Handle invoicing and queries
* Manage data in Excel spreadsheets
* Perform general office duties
* Book and manage export shipments to European customers
This role may include other duties; flexibility and willingness to learn are beneficial.
Candidate Requirements:
* At least 12 months of administration experience in an office environment
* Good computer literacy, including basic Excel skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Good communication skills
* Positive, proactive, flexible approach
* UK residency and ability to travel to the site; no assistance with VISA or relocation provided
