FLT Counterbalance Driver – Rainham, Essex
Location: Rainham, Essex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: £16.21 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy yard operation in Rainham on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate FLT Counterbalance to load/unload empty pallets from vehicles
*
Navigate and work efficiently in tight yard spaces – experience is essential
*
Assist with general yard duties, including manual handling where required
*
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
*
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB)
*
Minimum of 1 year’s experience operating a counterbalance forklift
*
Confident working both on and off the truck
*
Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
