ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of weekly and monthly timesheet information Collating payroll information for an external provider Communicate with employees in a professional manner. Liaise closely with other departments on a daily basis. Preparation of ad-hoc reports when required. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria: 1 + years payroll administration experience Strong knowledge of computer-based presentation software especially MS Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Good time management skills with the ability to turn work around quickly and accurately. Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
