As a result of strong business growth and industry-leading product development in the biosensor business at our Witney Centre of Excellence, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Operations Engineering team.
Responsibilities
* Manage, develop and perform process equipment validations for bespoke machines used to manufacture and test medical devices.
* Provide technical project management input and act as an engineering point of contact within wider project teams.
* Own project tasks and deliverables, ensuring they meet required specifications and standards.
* Manage complex capital projects with suppliers and subcontractors, including occasional site visits.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business in an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
* Grow and develop your engineering career while helping shape the future of healthcare.
Qualifications and Skills
* Degree level education in an Engineering discipline.
* Proven experience in Project Engineering.
* Strong problem-solving skills with an interest in automated machinery.
* Curiosity to explore technical opportunities and a can-do mindset.
* Ability to follow procedures and create accurate documents and records in a highly regulated environment.
* Willingness to share experience with others and act as a role model/mentor.
