Are you a dynamic marketing professional with 3 years of experience looking to make a significant impact? Easyfairs has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to spearhead visitor and exhibitor promotions within our award‑winning Aesthetics team.
Outline of the role
The main focus of this role is to implement our marketing campaign and deliverables for CCR and the Aesthetics Awards, including the development of relationships with exhibitors, media partners & judges, meeting targets, utilising the full marketing mix, developing content and features, and executing our full marketing campaign. The Senior Marketing Executive will also offer some support with the ACE and Aesthetics Journal campaigns.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
* Execute comprehensive marketing strategies for CCR and the Aesthetics Awards.
* Manage the full marketing lifecycle, including audience targeting, content creation, event onsite delivery, and post‑campaign analysis.
* Collaborate with event stakeholders, including sales teams and sponsors, to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
* Flexibility to work across multiple events across the year, adapting to different strategies, brand guidelines and event needs.
Digital Marketing
* Lead the development and optimisation of digital campaigns (email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and PPC) to drive event awareness, registrations and engagement.
* Oversee the management of event websites, ensuring they are regularly updated and optimised for SEO, user experience and lead generation.
Content Creation & Management
* Develop compelling and engaging content tailored to the event's target audience, including promotional materials, press releases, blogs and case studies.
* Deliver that collateral through the full mix of channels – print, digital media, email, social and more – with intelligently‑managed segmented activity.
* Work closely with the design team to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless marketing experience.
* Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers as needed to produce high‑quality creative content.
Data‑Driven Decision Making
* Track and analyse marketing campaign performance using metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Utilise CRM systems and marketing automation tools to segment, nurture and engage audiences effectively.
* Reporting and analysis post‑event.
Stakeholder Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including exhibitors, partners, media and industry associations.
* Be the main point of contact and lead on exhibitor‑to‑visitor marketing tools.
Additional Responsibilities
* Play a key role to ensure the smooth running of the event onsite.
* Attend external events, such as competitor and partner events.
Essential criteria
* Ambitious marketing executive with experience of the full marketing mix and the energy and drive to reach targets and succeed in a growing company.
* 3 years of experience in marketing.
* Acute attention to detail; processes, deadlines, grammar & proofreading – hold yourself to the highest standards.
* Content‑driven, an amazing copywriter who can create sparkling, benefit‑led copy.
* Confident communicator able to influence cross‑functional teams and explain complex concepts with clarity.
* Comfortable working with website, social scheduling and email management systems, and Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Ability to work well in a team but also comfortable working autonomously in your own area of responsibility.
* Thrives on working under pressure and has the resilience, attitude and enthusiasm to support the team through busy campaigns.
Desirable criteria
* Comfortable working with systems like WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprout Social.
* Experience dealing with people at all levels, both internally within the company and in the market.
* Experience writing engaging, creative and informative copy for all key event assets, including user guides, event programmes, direct mail, newsletters, social copy, website copy, and overseeing copy written by others.
* Analytical mind able to pull the big story out of the details.
* Proactive, driving campaigns beyond assigned remit and exploring growth and development.
* Design experience, basic Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop skills.
* Additional marketing training / qualifications.
