Type Notes: All candidates must have a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure and Adult first, requested before
induction. Own transport. Level 5 or equivalent required.

Registered Manager based in Southsea, Portsmouth.
The Role
Assured Care is looking to recruit an energetic, driven and experienced Registered Manager to come and
drive our small but successful and well-respected business forward.
As the Registered Manager of Assured Care, you will use your excellent leadership skills to promote and
maintain a positive, person centred culture within and external to the service. You will nurture the caring,
organised and motivated team to support one another and strive to achieve the best possible outcomes
for our service users - in line with their needs, wishes and aspirations.

service users are at the heart of everything you do and ensure they are well cared for and empowered to
live their lives in the way they want to.
You will bring an entrepreneurial spirit to your work - always looking at ways to grow the business,
innovate, improve and provide excellent standards of care. You will work in partnership with the Business
Manager to efficiently manage budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness and effectively planning strategies for
growth.
As with any adult social care role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal
duties, and ensuring robust quality assurance procedures are in place, helping you to understand how
things are working, spot trends and themes and inspire change.
We are also looking for someone who can proactively build links with key stakeholders within the city and
beyond.
Training
Assured Care is committed to continual training and development of the Registered Manager role and will
support the successful candidate to continually develop and enhance their skills.
Pay
This is a salaried position. £35k rising to £40k once successfully confirmed in position of Registered Manager by
CQC (following probationary period and CQC interview and confirmation)
There is an additional on call rate of £137.50 per week pro rata
28 days holiday per year
