What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting students with a range of SEND needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
* Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, accessible lessons.
* Helping to create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
* Building strong, supportive relationships with students.
* Contributing to students’ academic, emotional, and social development.
