Medway Council is seeking five experienced Education Health and Care (EHC) Coordinators to join our SEND and Inclusion Service on a permanent basis. Salary: £31,283 - £37,181 per annum Location: Hybrid – Gun Wharf Office Medway Hubs (3 days/week) Contract: Permanent About the Role: As an EHC Coordinator, you will manage the full lifecycle of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for young people aged 0-25. You’ll work collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals to ensure every plan is tailored, outcome-focused, and fully compliant with statutory requirements.
