Salary: £25,200 – £26,780
Location: West Wales
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm
About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity to join leading education and training provider.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Job Coach to provide personalised support to participants on the Jobs Guarantee Programme. You will guide individuals through every stage of their employment journey — from initial referral through to securing and sustaining meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities
* Support participants throughout all stages of the programme
* Conduct inductions, vocational profiling, and initial assessments
* Jobsearch and develop tailored Employment Action Plans (EAPs)
* Deliver one-to-one empoyability coaching and employability support
* Assist with CV writing, interview preparation, job searching, and workplace readiness
* Coordinate interviews and liaise with employers
* Maintain regular contact with participants during employment
* Support individuals in overcoming workplace challenges
* Monitor progress and record sustained employment outcomes
* Work towards agreed performance and engagement targets
What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience supporting unemployed individuals or disadvantaged groups
* IAG or coaching mentoring experience
* Background in coaching, mentoring, or employability support
* Experience working in a target-driven environment
* Strong motivational and communication skills
* Understanding of barriers to employment
* Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
