Minimum Requirements

To be considered for a Children's Residential Worker role, you must:

• Be 22 years of age or over
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Be able to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins
• Be passionate about making a positive difference to children's lives
