As a Level 2 Social Worker, you will carry out assessments under the Care Act 2014, develop care and support plans and manage a varied caseload with guidance from experienced colleagues. You will be supported with regular supervision, training and professional development opportunities to help you grow with confidence in your role. To succeed, you will be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with strong communication skills and an understanding of relevant legislation, safeguarding duties and the wider Health and Social Care context.
