This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, looking to progress in a varied and rewarding finance role.The Role:Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, the Finance Assistant will work closely with the wider finance team on a range of accounting and administrative tasks including:
* Processing purchase orders and supplier invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Processing staff expenses and payments
* Supporting bank reconciliations and fleet payment processing
* Handling stock movements and investigating anomalies
* Assisting with job costing data input
* Managing the accounts inbox and supplier queries
