What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting children's physical, emotional, and social development through age-appropriate activities
* Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children
* Helping with personal care routines (nappy changing, feeding, toileting)
* Building strong, trusting relationships with children, staff, and parents
* Observing and recording children's progress in line with EYFS guidelines
* Promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports all children to thrive
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with children in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
* A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or equivalent is preferred)
* A genuine passion for working with young children
* Patience, warmth, and strong communication skills
* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
