Job Description:
A fashion brand is looking for a Payroll Officer/Manager to join their team on a part-time basis. They seek someone friendly and approachable to handle payroll duties. The role offers 24-32 hours per week with flexible hours and hybrid working.
The ideal candidate would have experience in payroll within retail and familiarity with commission-based roles.
The position is based near Fulham, southwest London, with a salary of up to £47,000 per annum, pro rata.

What you'll do:
* Manage the monthly payroll accurately and on time
* Maintain an audit trail
* Upload data to third-party providers
* Handle payroll and benefits audits
* Serve as the first point of contact for payroll queries
* Manage statutory payments and documentation (P11ds, P45s, P46s)
* Prepare statutory and regulatory reports
* Finalize the tax year-end processes
* Oversee internal reporting, including gender pay gap and diversity initiatives
