As a Chef, you’ll play an important role in maintaining high standards across the kitchen by:
Managing your designated kitchen section efficiently during servicePreparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standardMonitoring stock levels and helping to minimise wasteOrdering and storing provisions correctly to maintain quality and budgetsSupervising and mentoring junior kitchen team membersMaintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and compliance standardsSupporting the wider team to deliver exceptional serviceWhat we’re looking for
