Are you an experienced Joiner who takes pride in craftsmanship and creating high quality bespoke work? Do you enjoy working with a variety of materials and contributing to exciting projects from start to finish? We are looking for a Joiner to join our welcoming and motivated team.
This is a varied and practical role focused on specialist vehicle builds and conversions. You will use your joinery expertise across wood, metal, and composite materials, taking part in all stages from assembly and installation to problem solving and creating tailored finishes.
You will be based in a well organised workshop alongside colleagues who share a strong commitment to precision, structure, and outstanding results.
Main responsibilities
* Assembly and installation of bespoke vehicle interiors and fittings
* Working with wood, metal, and composite materials
* Safe and effective use of workshop machinery, power tools, and chemicals
* Supporting with general workshop duties
* Applying problem solving skills in an engineering environment
* Working to strict safety standards and industry guidelines
* Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is an advantage but not essential
About you
* Skilled Joiner with proven experience and a practical approach
* Background in technical, electrical, or fabrication work is beneficial
* Confident working with different materials
* Able to follow structured processes and deliver work of a high standard
* Excellent attention to detail
* Eager to learn and contribute within a team focused environment
Package
* Full time, permanent position
* Salary £35,000 per year, dependent on experience with a guaranteed pay scale
* Four day working week, 07:00 to 17:30, Monday - Thursday
