Aspire People are seeking caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools across Rochdale.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
We are partnering with supportive schools in Rochdale looking for reliable and committed SEN support staff.
The Role:
-Provide classroom support for pupils with SEN needs
-Work one-to-one with children requiring additional support
-Support students with Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH
-Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs
-Promote a safe, positive and engaging learning environment
-Liaise with teaching staff and SENCOs regarding pupil progress
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-Experience working with children or young people with SEN
-Calm, compassionate and resilient nature
-Ability to build positive relationships quickly
-Good communication and teamwork skills
-DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
