A leading healthcare organisation with a strong presence in the over-the-counter (OTC) market is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager / POS Manager to join its pharmacy-focused team. Your new role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the planning and execution of in-store and online promotional campaigns across major UK retail partners. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of point-of-sale (POS) materials—from strategy and creative development to production, approvals, and performance analysis. Working cross-functionally with account managers, agencies, and internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure all activations align with brand objectives and deliver measurable results. This is a hybrid position with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Strong experience in OTC trade marketing, including knowledge of industry codes and approval systems
2. Proven track record in POS material development, print production, and critical path management
3. Experience working with UK retail activation units (, Boots Media Group, Superdrug, etc.)
4. Excellent budget management and agency coordination skills
5. High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
6. Strongmunication and stakeholder influencing abilities
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office andfort with data analysis to evaluate campaign performance
