You will be joining a Legal 500 recognised team, servicing the complete spectrum of corporate transactions, often high value/complexity, for national clients, PLCs, OMBs, and SMEs across a variety of sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working alongside senior colleagues, leading on complex transactions, and building longstanding relationships locally and nationally.
