We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join a business in a time of growth. This full-time, office-based role is crucial in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with new and existing customers, offering tailored business solutions.
* Manage and nurture customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service.
* Conduct outbound calls using warm leads from CRM system.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing ongoing support and solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
