We are currently working with a highly regarded Legal 100 firm that is looking to grow its Residential Property Team with a Residential Property Associate (4–5 yrs PQE) based in Oxford. If successful, you can expect a mix of work acting for buyers and sellers in relation to purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold property.
Responsibilities:
* Reviewing, drafting and amending contracts, deeds, letters and reports
* Completing search submissions and land registry formalities, researching titles and handling subsequent queries
* Managing exchange, completion and post-completion matters
* Advising on financial management matters such as mortgage redemption, transfer of equity and re-mortgage processes
* Handling residential tenancy and licence matters
* Providing advice on residential property transactions for new developments
* Secured lending work

Working Environment:
Hybrid working, typically with 2-3 days flexible office attendance, according to business need.
