SEND Development Officer, SEND Business Support Team
Grade 5 (SCP 17 – 22) - £31,022 – £33,699 per annum
Permanent/Full Time
Based at Bunny Hill and with agile working.

Responsibilities
* Support work in Statutory EHC (Education, Health and Care) Plan processes by ensuring seamless integration of current systems and digital platforms to improve timeframes for information sharing.
* Improve data capture to enable more informed decision making and faster response times to families and partners.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and development of SEND processes to ensure efficient delivery, data reporting and monitoring of data quality.
* Provide oversight and supervision of administrative functions to the SEND Team to facilitate efficient execution of business processes related to EHC Needs Assessments and Annual Reviews.
* Apply sound knowledge of SEND processes in line with the Code of Practice (2015).
* Capita One system knowledge is desirable; full training will be provided if needed.
Qualifications and experience
* Strong eye for detail with the ability to manipulate and understand data reports to support business functions and performance management, internally and for external partners.
* Experience or knowledge of SEND processes and statutory frameworks.
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage administrative functions within a SEND team context.
