We are currently seeking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager on a Full-time, permanent basis.

Job Purpose:

The role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to lead our digital marketing initiatives within the Marketing Team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our digital marketing strategies, with a primary focus on social media management, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, website management, and overall digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of popular social media platforms, demonstrate success in utilising these platforms effectively, and have the ability to drive our digital marketing activities towards the college’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with LSST's goals and objectives.
* Conduct market research, analyse competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for digital marketing initiatives.
* Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and social media platforms.
* Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and achieve marketing goals.
* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance LSST's brand presence across various platforms.
* Create engaging and compelling content for social media channels (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to drive audience engagement, increase followers, and generate leads.
* Monitor social media trends, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive and engaging user experience.
* Collaborate with other teams to coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and events.
* Work with our PPC agency to plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook Ads) to increase website traffic, lead generation, and student enrolment.
* Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
* Analyse campaign data, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
* Stay informed about industry best practices and implement strategies to improve campaign performance.
* Manage and update the LSST website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
* Collaborate with the web development team to implement website enhancements, improve functionality, and optimize conversion rates.
* Create and update website content, including landing pages, blog posts, program pages, and event listings.
* Monitor website analytics, track visitor behavior, and make data-driven recommendations for website optimization.
* Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to senior management.
* Use data and insights to refine strategies, optimise budget allocation, and drive results.
* Mentor and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support in executing campaigns and achieving goals.
* Work with campus based Marketing Officers to support creation and curation of digital content.
* Foster collaboration and cross-functional communication within the marketing department.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferably.
* Proven experience as a digital marketing management, preferably in the education industry.
* In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (Essential).
* Experience managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
* Proficiency in website content management systems (CMS).
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
