Job Description:
* Deliverengaging and creative lessonsin line with theKS2 curriculum, tailored to the developmental needs of Year 3 pupils
* Foster alove of learningthroughinteractive activities,cross-curricular links, andhands-on experiences
* Create aclassroom culturewhere every child feelssafe,valued, andmotivated to succeed
* Use a range offormative and summative assessmentsto monitor progress and inform planning
* Buildstrong relationshipswith pupils, parents, and colleagues to support bothacademicandpersonal development
* Contribute to the wider school community throughschool events,enrichment activities, andteam collaboration
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience teachingKey Stage 2, ideally Year 3 (desirable but not essential)
* Be areflective and adaptable practitionerwith strongclassroom managementanddifferentiation skills
* Demonstrate a commitment toinclusive education,safeguarding, andpupil wellbeing
* Possess excellentcommunication,organisational, andinterpersonal skills
