They’re looking to hire FIVE consultants across their core teams - Data, Infrastructure, Software & GTM. If you’re a strong, relationship-led recruiter looking for a home to grow in, this is one of the best setups in Manchester.
Which team is right for me? 🎯
* Data - A desk with real headroom for progression. There's a strong client demand, but not enough hands - this desk offers a clear pathway to building and eventually owning the Data division. If you want impact and early trust, this is the one to step into.
* Infrastructure (x2) - Work directly with a top performer stepping into leadership. Fast-moving mandates, high visibility and proper mentorship. This is a desk where you’ll progress quickly because the space around you is designed for it with access to long-term accounts and a team who value collaboration.
* Software - The momentum is already there from Day One. A monster project has been one with jobs constantly flowing, this team have a clear strategy and a leader who knows how to build high-performing desks. You’ll step straight into something active and visible.
* GTM / Tech Sales - This will be a new division and offers a blank canvas with demand ready and waiting for you. Roles already coming in from their clients with no one to work them, they need someone to take ownership and build the function from scratch. Huge long-term upside.
