The Role
As an Account Manager at Reality Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients, building strong, trusted relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase account value and enhance customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
* Build long‑term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders
* Conduct regular account review meetings
* Ensure clients fully utilise and gain value from their solutions
Account Growth & Revenue Generation
* Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across software, services, and hosting
* Work closely with pre‑sales and technical teams to scope solutions
* Deliver proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations
* Drive consistent revenue growth within assigned accounts
Retention & Customer Success
* Proactively manage renewal cycles to maximise retention
* Identify at‑risk accounts and implement recovery plans
* Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client engagement
Drive Adoption Of Additional Services To Increase Stickiness
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to promote additional services
* Share client insights to support campaigns and product development
* Ensure seamless handover from new business to account management
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
* Experience managing long‑term client relationships
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience within IT, software, ERP, or CRM environments
* Knowledge of Sage products
* Experience selling or managing managed services / hosting solutions
