The role We are working with a large, inclusive secondary school with an attached sixth form to recruit a Graduate Learning Support Assistant. This role is ideal for graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or pastoral support. You’ll work closely with teaching staff, the SEND team, and pastoral leads to support students across KS3–KS5, both in the classroom and through targeted interventions.
