We’re looking for a Creative Designer and Web Developer – a hands-on designer and web builder who can take ideas from brief through to execution across digital, print, and web. This is a key creative role in a small but mighty consultancy, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and working directly with clients.
You’ll be responsible for both the visual output and digital build, including WordPress websites, campaign assets, and marketing materials that support real commercial outcomes.
The role
You’ll work across a small portfolio of clients, acting as the main creative and web delivery point of contact. This is a broad role – part designer, part website builder, part content creator.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to support strategy, while owning day-to-day delivery and ensuring everything we produce is high-quality, consistent, and commercially effective.
What you’ll be doing
Creative Design (Digital & Print)
* Designing brochures, flyers, and print-ready artwork
* Creating social media graphics, email banners, and campaign assets
* Designing landing page creatives
* Building polished, client-ready artwork with strong attention to detail
* Using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite confidently
Web Design & WordPress Development
* Designing and building WordPress websites (May also. include Shopify)
* Creating and updating landing pages for campaigns
* Improving UX, layout, structure, and conversion performance
* Managing ongoing website updates and content changes
* Implementing technical SEO improvements and on-page optimisation
* Supporting tracking setup (GA4, conversion events where needed)
* Supporting CRM and email activity in primarily HubSpot and MailChimp
Client & Delivery
* Acting as a day-to-day creative and web contact for clients
* Translating briefs into practical, well-executed creative solutions
* Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a small-team environment
* Monitoring performance and feeding insights back into improvements
* Building strong, trusted client relationships through proactive communication
What we’re looking for
* Experience designing and building websites (WordPress main platform)
* Strong creative design skills across digital and print
* Confident use of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
* Ability to produce clean, modern, commercially focused design work
* Strong understanding of UX principles and web structure
* Good copy proofing ability for web and marketing content
* Comfortable working directly with clients in a consultancy environment
* Highly organised, self-managing, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
Desirable (not essential)
* Experience with logo design and brand identity development
* Experience working within or alongside a branding agency or studio environment
* Experience with email marketing and CRM systems (HubSpot and Mailchimp)
