Role & responsibilities
Taking & managing bookings
Ensuring restaurant, bar areas and bathrooms are clean and tidy
Adhere to customer's needs & demands – handle any customer concerns in a professional manner
Work well with front of house manager and all kitchen staff
Communicate with kitchen team to ensure menus and monitor quantities
Welcome guests, take orders, make drinks, run food, clear tables, present correct bill & complete payment
Prepare coffees, cocktails & drinks – serve wine
Ensure cutlery is polished
Check we have enough condiments & napkins ready for services
Understand and maintain EHO, fire safety, first aid & alcohol premises licence regulations.
