The role has come about due to internal promotion. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n This role is based in Dartford and offers Hybrid working \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n Salary 33 days AL BH \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n As a People Resources Co-ordinator you will: \r\n\r\n \r\n\t Be the trusted first point of contact for the People Team, developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with staff, managers, and external parties \r\n\t Manage the central HR inbox, responding promptly to queries directly or, if appropriate, triaging them for action by another member of the People Team \r\n\t Coordinate all processes of the recruitment and selection lifecycle effectively and efficiently \r\n\t Manage the onboarding lifecycle from offer letter through to the completion of pre-employment checks and contract issues, ensuring that this process is conducted in an efficient way and in line with the statutory requirements of Keeping Children Safe in Education. \r\n\t Take charge of internal trackers, including but not limited to recruitment and pre-employment checks \r\n\t Maintain and update the HR Information System to capture all information relevant to the employment lifecycle \r\n\t Keep up to date with changes to internal policies and procedures, as well as developments in employment legislation and best practice \r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n If the role sounds like something you feel you could add value to and you want to contribute to continued succession, then forward your CV today to Cressida Courtney or follow the link and apply online. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n
