The Role: As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for promoting a premium portfolio of ophthalmic lenses and state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to independent opticians across the East of England region. You'll build strong relationships with practice owners, dispensing opticians, and ophthalmologists, offering tailored solutions that deliver real value.
Full product and sales training will be provided, with support to help you succeed and grow within the company.

To be considered for the Account Manager role you will have:
·Optical sales experience OR
·Optical assistants, dispensing opticians and optometrists with previous sales are also encouraged to apply.
·A personable character, commercial mindset and ability to be memorable.
·Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
The Package for Business Development Manager:
·Basic: £50-55k depending on experience
·£10k OTE (uncapped)
·Company car/car allowance can be discussed
