Company & Project: A award winning Main Contractor operating in the Leisure, Commercial, Residential, Education, Science and Mixed-Use sectors, are looking to recruit an ambitious Assistant Planner to join their established team. The successful individual will be working closely with an experienced Planner and other senior operational and commercial staff. The opportunity would be well suited to either a an Assistant Planner who has begun their career or a Site Manager or Assistant Project Manager with an interest in progressing their career in Planning.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will take responsibility assisting with the planning function on multiple projects, liaising closely with operational staff to produce ASTA PowerProject tender programmes and the planning, programming and progress control of live projects.
This candidate should have at least beginner knowledge of ASTA PowerProject.
Desirable Experience
* 2 years+ experience working within the construction industry.
* Ambition to progress their career in Planning.
* Experience of using ASTA PowerProject.
* Previous Roles: Assistant Planning Manager OR Trainee Planner OR Project Planner Or Construction Planner OR Site Planner OR Site Manager OR Assistant Project Manager OR Graduate Planner OR Graduate Site Manager or Management Trainee
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or NVQ Level 6 and above, or comparable construction qualification.
