Graduate Sales Coordinator (Export Pathway)
Malvern | Office-based | Progression into International Sales
This isn’t a "sit there and do admin" job. It is a launchpad for those who want to build a career in sales.
Opportunity
You’ll start at the engine room of a high‑performing export team. You’ll learn how international deals actually happen, not the theory – the real thing. Quotes, orders, logistics, customers across the globe, moving parts everywhere. Once you’re proven you can handle it, you won’t stay there long. This role is designed to develop you into an Export Sales professional.
What You’ll Be Doing (Day One)
* Handling inbound enquiries from international customers
* Supporting quotations and sales documentation
* Keeping orders, projects, and timelines on track
* Coordinating with engineering, production, and logistics teams
* Managing export paperwork and shipment processes
* Acting as a key point of contact for global clients
This is detail-heavy. Fast-paced. No hiding place.
What You’ll Grow Into
* Owning customer relationships
* Managing international accounts
* Getting involved in sales strategy
* Travelling when required
* Closing deals, not just supporting them
What We’re Looking For
No experience? Fine. But you must bring:
* Relentless organisation
* Strong communication (you’re clear, concise, and confident)
* Hunger to build a career in sales
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
* A proactive mindset – you don’t wait to be told
Bonus points if you:
* Have exposure to business, logistics, or customer-facing work
* Enjoy problem-solving under pressure
Reality Check
This is not easy. You’ll be busy. You’ll be stretched. You’ll be expected to think. But if you stick, learn, and execute, you’ll build a career most people never get access to.
