We're Hiring: GSA Supervisor - Full Time
Location: RAF Boulmer, Alnwick, NE66 3JF
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 days over 7, including weekends)
Hourly Rate: £13.02
We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Services Assistant (GSA) Supervisor to join our team at RAF Boulmer. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for high standards, leadership, and a desire to grow within a supportive environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Supervise the GSA team, ensuring cleaning and hygiene standards are maintained across all areas.
* Ensure all back of house areas, including floors, pots, pans, and workspaces, are kept clean and compliant.
* Oversee daily cleaning of the front of house in line with the cleaning schedule.
* Ensure correct food hygiene, personal hygiene, and health & safety procedures are followed.
* Use the till to take payments.
* Follow and complete cleaning schedules.
* Complete all required online training.

* Must have or be able to obtain a valid DBS check.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Excellent attendance and commitment to the role.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
* A focus on quality and attention to detail.
