About the Role:
Work Monday to Friday – enjoy your weekends off!
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis with emotional, behavioural, or additional learning needs
Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
Use positive behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques
Assist the teacher and classroom team in day-to-day activities

Requirements
Experience working with children or young people (volunteering, tutoring, coaching, etc.)
Compassionate, resilient, and excellent communicator
Ability to work effectively within a team
SEND, SEMH, or youth work experience highly desirable
Team Teach qualification advantageous
Enhanced DBS check (or willing to apply) and EWC registration (support provided)
Reliable transport to Caerphilly
Two professional references required
